How did we go from James Rodriguez and Richarlison (even Gylfi) in our front 3 to Gordon/Gray/McNeil. Bewildering.

Hard to say that when his best position is left side, and Mykolenko doesnt have any attacking nouse about him.

Not saying he'd be golden, just saying if we had a full back on the left who had something about him going forward then maybe we'd see some actual link up play.

He was hiding he's shot confidence gone ,we were all saying by were I sit he was tucking into the middle instead of going wide and showing for the ball in space.

…not sure about that, Andy. A good player finds a way to link, you know your teammate & you you work out how to play to each other’s strengths regardless of what your best position is.

i think Gordon’s mentality is lots about what he can do when the ball is played into him. He wants to be a top p,Ayer and tries to do something to prove he’s good. I think he needs to simplify his game and just try and be effective.
