He still isn't ready. There's potential there and could and should play a part in the squad, but the expectations are currently way too high.

I worry that Gordon believes his own hype.

£10m will do, but nobody is paying that. You'll get people on here claiming he'll fetch way more, but he reality is he's proven he's bang average over half a season now and with a terrible attitude and workrate to boot.
