Yeah, something very funny going on isn’t there. Has hardly played since he had a “virus”. Something going on behind the scenes. Either a real possibility of a transfer, there’s a bit of a falling out with Lampard or his confidence is shot and Lampard’s had to take him out for his own good. Wonder which. Only my thoughts,but I think he had his head turned by the Chelsea bid in the summer. That decision not to sell could be what costs Frank his job

Hit attitude and commitment on the pitch clearly changed this season. I don't know why, but he's been nowhere near good enough and needs to be sold.
