Anti-Echo poll: What can be done to combat the constant snide approach the Echo takes towards EFC?

How does Everton deal with the (frankly disgraceful) coverage of the Liverpool Echo?

Oh no, she’s real. Absolute venom and an awful journalist.

A couple of weeks ago she wrote an article on the Home Bargains “cut out” copper that’s in all the windows. Actually spent time and effort trying to find out who he was for an interview

Plus she’s a filthy kopite Ming, and the “crying on the metro” was the greatest thing she’s put out

Her acting like she was in the middle of a war zone when the police tried to move Liverpool fans in Barcelona is a personal favourite.

Unfortunately we need the echo to portray beautiful stories about the new stadium to the thick uneducated masses who probably still buy it every day.
One of whom Im told wrote in the Letters Page today deriding BMD thus... " How will people get there... the dock is not served by public transport... so most will come by car... the area has no parking places that do not have double yellow lines (13,000 cars at four per car)...have 'The Peoples Club' given this aspect a lot of serious thought ? "
lollollol

Semantics to my mind.
Not really. If you censor you take away the ability of somone to say what they want; boycott them and they can still say what they want, you just dont have to hear it. They are then at liberty to make a decision on what their message is. No force involved.

Do you know what Malcom Tucker says about Semnatics ?

Didn't the Echo address this a few years ago ?
The Daily Post was taken to task about their coverage (or non-coverage) of Everton's ownership situation; fans thought they should be investigative and critique the failing Kenwright ownership a lot more.

You don't have to read any Echo articles posted here - the choice is yours, with the emphasis on choice. Anyway, I feel we will both stick to our positions, so I'll leave it there.

A boycott is a social thing. It's success is not down to an individual's actions. Hence the call for one organisation (this one) to boycott another one (The Echo).
