Me and goat and a couple of others are the only ones who are waiting for people to catch up. I said jelavic is shocking and will never return yet people kept saying 'If he scores he will be alright'
same with kone and this Alcaraz.
 
Alcaraz only played a half in preseason and he was caught out of position a few times but saved because Felli covered for him. At the time everyone said he had a good game and Felli was lazy and poor. You could not make it up, the haters were circling on Felli at the time.

Alcaraz has the knack of doing last minute challenges and every one thinks he is a good defender, but in most cases he has to do these last minute tackles because his positional play for a centre back is poor.

I don't rate him from the games i have seen and i have been to a few Wigan games on a jolly.

..I can't personally disagree with this opinion, but the lad I know who is on the Wigan 1st team staff says Alcaraz is top drawer and Everton have stolen him. That's the genuine view from them so I'm expecting the lad to be a valuable acquisition.

Me, The Bong, and Butters are the acknowledged elite of Evertonian intelligensia. We've been saying it's too early to judge Kone and Alacaraz.
