There are 3 main options as I see it.
1) it did happened - a fan did it throw the book at all involved.

2) 'Something' happened - it's been blown up out of all Proportion, but The Club have still decided to weaponised it for reason best known to themselves.

3) It didn't happen - but The Club have weaponised it for reason best known to themselves.

I don't know how far we are from Financial Administrators (dread to think tbh)

But if any aspects of 2 or 3 are correct it's not Financial Administrators we...The Club that is (tbh, there is no 'We' any more - its 'Them')...need,
It's Moral Administrators

In 1878 some Vicar organises a team to give the local lads something to do and its come to this?

In fact the world might be a better place if the whole shooting match was wound up.

Ask yourself why did they tell the media about the headlock. The directors could have skipped the game on police advice alone. Instead the club told the media about the headlock knowing how it would make the fans look. They’ve hurt the club by releasing that story deliberately for a reason- that’s to declare war on the fans and to gain sympathy for the board.

Also they had 11 days to do so, they decided to release it just before our game kicked off, in my view to alienate the fans, to turn one fan against another. Think about it, one of the most important games we've ever had to play, but to them quelling a fan protest was much more important. This Chairman and his Directors must never be forgiven, well they won't be by me.

i hope billy liar doesn’t do interviews

Not sure if they can. Even if they know who the source was, the accusation wasn't actually directed towards anyone. It was a general statement that she was placed in a headlock. It is all insinuation. Very unsavoury.

Insinuation or defamation of character, they better have proof because they have willingly threw every Everton fan under a bus, some of the scenes chasing cars, fronting players made me feel sick last night, that's not our Everton, or the Everton i know. Peaceful protest i'm all for, but some got very hot headed and it was wrong.

Ive ruled myself out, Wasn't me I was alone in my room sleeping, saw a few Chelsea lids in the ground though Cole and lampard they looked up to no good

So whoever did it, and no one knows who or if it took place, he or she are guilty until proven innocent?

Like a bad case for Ironside this.

Apparently the BBC were very critical, couldn't watch match of the day, but Ian Wright had a go, also there was articles from BBC correspondent, did the word " alleged" get used ? Always found Ian Wright to be decent in the past from memory.

Ian wright always speaking well about us but has got caught up with the boardroom spin most will, the board know how to play the media they make me sick...rats the lot of them

Disgusting how the board couldn't even face the protest..shows how much they care about the fan base. As if anything would happen to them...told not to go because of their safety is an absolute cop out!!

They wouldn't have faced the protest had they been there, soon as or even before the whistle had blown they would have scuttled off into the lounge.
Of course..but you would imagine they would be there and at least the club captain and manager go over to the supporters than dissappear to show some bit of solidarity and unity rather than give the impression of ye versus us. A club is called a club for a reason.. all in together rather than players, coaches, board, owner separating themselves from the fans when it suits

It would certainly be a better, less stressful place for me.
