Thought it'd be interesting to know what other Blues out there collect as a hobby.

Me, it's pocket watches...there's just something about them. Maybe it's the irony in that they keep time and, in some cases, are well over 100 years old and still working. I currently have over 30 and I'm always on the hunt for more if the price is right (as with any antique, they can get pricy). Here's a few pics of my baby, even though they're not my pics...same watch though. This is the Waltham model 1908 and was made in 1926.

Only collect scarfs from European games, Music, and Sound On Sound magazine...

Collect match tickets of games ive been too, used to stick them all up on the wall but its become overcrowded.....

Nascar cars, I must have about 30 of them. I also collect Star Trek books, not the old series, but The Next Generation. Can't stand the original series.

Wow! I sound Lame!

I have a collection of coins somewhere, but don't know where they are. I've either simply forgotten about them or they've been stolen, which would be a shame all things considered.
I used to collect books. They were mainly first editions when possible, but I ran out of room and volunteers to dust them so had to knock it on the head. I have at least 50 dolls somewhere too if I remember correctly, not that I'm a doll lover as such. My better half once told me she saw a valuable doll in a shop but the shop was closed. She couldn't descibe to me over the phone which it was, as there were so many, so like a romantic old fool I drove down the next day and bought every single one for her. You can imagine my joy when she pointed out that the valuable one wasn't amongst them.

I'm sure I probably collect different things if I think hard, but not sure I'd be so quick as to declare anything of value on a forum full of Scousers. :P

No thanks, no one collects them.LOL.

Myself got loads of Cigarette Cards and old books on planes which are now out of print. Even got a copy of an early WW 2 plane ID book. Als collected old publications called Profiles on WW 2 planes which I found out recently on EBAY are worth a heck of a lot more than I paid for them.

Did the stamps thing as a kid, if anything it greatly improved my geography, getting to know the native names of countries and who/what they considered important enough to be on stamps.

Then it was gig tickets, bar matchbooks, barmats, the usual. Nothing for a while though.

My uncle bought every UK number one single on vinyl from the day his eldest son was born until they stopped producing pop single vinyls. Got hundreds, maybe thousands of them.
