What time do you guys normally wake up? I’ve been getting up at around 4.30am for work for 10 years now so even on weekends I struggle past 5/6am max.

I listen to my friends talking about weekend 10am get ups and it blows my mind. Couldn’t do it even if I wanted to.

And yes, I’m up and bored now at 5am on a Saturday.
I am the same, not had a lie in for decades.

Likewise, already awake for an hour, considering getting up and peeling some spuds and carrots - such is the life of an international jet setter. lol

I'm more or less the same. I tend to go to bed quite early. Then I usually wake up between 5 and 6am, sometimes as early as 4. I too am completely unable to have a lie-in and if I was able to stay in bed until 9am on a weekend, that would be a rare success for me

My bladder tends to get me up around the 4/430 mark if I’m lucky I’ll get back to sleep for a bit. My natural wake up time is probably 630 these days, occasionally I might get back to sleep but I’d never go past 8.

The thought of staying in bed til 10 fills me with dread🤣. The thought of losing that much morning would blow my mind.

I’d also like to say that 5-7 is the best part of the day, peaceful, no one else is up and it’s always a beautiful time to be outside. Often missed as we are all usually in bed.

Between 4.45am - 5am and it’s like clockwork. If I’m lucky, I’ll be able to doze again for an hour or two, but I’m always up and out of bed before 7.

If it’s a typical work day (not on lates or nights), I’m out of bed at half five like I have done for the past god knows how many years.

My wife on the other hand could stay in bed until midday with ease.

Don't you get up at 5am to rage about something @Toffee_Loaf posted though? No way you actually get up for some logical reason!
