I wish we would just move on from this and bring in someone much more prolific. We’re not in a situation currently to take gambles on our forward line scoring, thats why we all want new forwards to begin with. Bringing one that scores similar numbers to Gray so far in his career seems very antithetical. If we were all expecting a top 8 finish with other players able to score if Broja cant, then it would be great. Currently it seems beyond a fools errand, unless the plan is to being two strikers and not just him.

Think that might just work myself, someone to aim for, for Mcneills crosses quick, strong and I feel could work with DCL. Sharp and Gray vibes..Well it worked at one time.

12 in the league is a top 10 to top 20 scorer depending on the season.
Those don't come cheap, and almost never on loan. I would take eight, and call it half of a solution to our scoring problem.
The concern I have is that if he forms part of the AG deal then his value will be deemed to rise as the fee for Gordon rises giving us no added benefit from the sale.
