There will always be a few who slip the net. On the whole his recruitment was sound - not sure we'd be in the mess we currently find ourselves in if we followed the Moyes recruitment ethos more closely.

Oh I’m not arguing his recruitment was overall sound but his judgment of character wasn’t always his strongest point .

Not a big problem. Should never have been leaked, not by player, club, agent, whoever. Ultimately though hes evidently had a bit of a run in with Moyes and doesn't want a repeat.

There's nothing wrong with asking for assurances over who's taking charge of the squad going forward, lads. He's had dealings with Moyes before by all accounts and that obviously isn't what he'll have signed up for and it's fair enough...

On a serious note, if that is a true leak from an employee or from the offices of FF or Liver Building, the club is even more of a disgrace than it was 10 minutes ago.

Never underestimate Evertons ability to find a lower rung on the ladder.
