This must be a good move both for the club and player. No brainer for us , as he immediately improves us. All fans need to get onside and support him. His previous rejection of us to join Spurs is in the past , and was done as it was (he thought) in his best interests , as a professional. Anyone thinking that he needs to apologise in some way , simply needs to get a grip.

Arsed about January - he seems to be aware of what happened in January and probably chose stability and maybe bonuses or something.

As long as he provides goals and assists all will be forgiven, even more so if he manages to hit the ground running and provide either of those or at least a consistent threat and desire to play/win.

Gave Pienaar a welcome return, cheered Rooney on when he was massively over the hill, celebrated the return of Ferguson. Gave it barmby down the banks, same also xavier, celebrated Beardsley, gave Unsworth a way back to where the boss (wife) was happy, so there is a path back into the hearts of blues if a player wants it.
