As a manager he should instill confidence in the young guns and do what Posticoglou does at Spurs and encourage them to have a go. He should do what Liverpool does and bring in the kids for games etc. He is just picking the same team and combination which is not working out well now
 

He has good pace and intuition for the space and being in the right spot in the last third, but a huge flaw is his decision-taking in the last third, if to pass or shoot, whom to pass, where to shoot etc.

Read my post again mate. I never said he was given plenty of chances. I said, ‘he had [created] plenty of chances when given the chance to play’. You missed my point completely there fella
 

Any update on when he'll be back on the pitch, he hasn't been a success on the attacking front but he injects an actual threat on goal
