Worst Arsenal team I can remember, certainly of the last 40 years. Their defence is shambolic they've got a world class striker and are 11th, tells you how bad the rest of the squad is, they've a huge rebuilding job to do. Best time to see if we can leap frog them but certainly no need to fear them.

We're still yet to win at 3/4 of the old Sky 4 (excluding the Stamford Bridge pens win) this century (I think).
We play at the Emirates and Stamford Bridge in the next few weeks. If Ancelotti could mastermind a victory at either of those grounds, forget league position and the quest for Europe, I think just the boost in optimism and confidence would be invaluable going into next season.
We'll play counter attack and long ball against them I think, so I'm really, really hoping Walcott's back for this. The front two could easily dominate Arsenal's centre halves, but they'll need support alongside them as quickly as possible and we'll need to spring on them when we get the chance to attack. I'd like to think this is the kind of game Walcott could be given a lot of space in behind to run at them on the counter, while they worry about trying to deal with Richarlison and DCL. I do worry about the way that injury happened though. It all looked rather Bolasie.

Can’t expect a full 90 from Gomes- would be malpractice really - would be delighted if he just made the 18 and got a runout late

A lot depends on which Schneiderlin is going to turn up... hopefully he puts in a similar performance like the one against Palace and not a pedestrian one that we’re usually used to

Without becoming great, we have a realistic chance to overtake Arsenal and United this season. I think 4 points from the next 2 games is realistic, maybe even 6, but it is still possible we could lose twice! It’s nice to be going away to Arsenal and not fearing the worst. Maybe next week we will finally get a win there. My Newcastle m8 is coming round soon to watch their game, I will cheer them on with him, hoping for a few heavy challenges! I think Newcastle will win or draw today and I expect us to win or draw next week.

Must win following today's results for me...have to stay within the chasing pack and keep on picking up the points. We don't want to go away to our rivals for top 6 where the pressure is all on us to get 3 points, and this Arsenal side are there for the taking. I was a bit disappointed we didn't beat them in December, but this is a huge opportunity now to break our duck at the Sky 6 clubs.
