He’s had 60 mins in a practice match last week, it was always gonna be a big ask to start after 4 months out. I read nothing into that. Hopefully 30 mins off the bench when we are winning, another full weeks training, might see him ready to start next week.
 

The line up is low in quality, but worse XIs with worse managers have and will take results from the Emirates this season.

Under Silva, this was a 100% loss. Hopefully with Carlo, we have more of a plan. Even if it does require a relatively reserved approach.

On a more positive note, the bench hasn't looked this strong in a while. If we want to switch things up, we definitely can, plus, we'll have some quality set-piece takers on the park, so could be a threat in those situations.

Also, Mustafi and Luiz at centre half presents an opportunity for Richarlison and DCL's pace, physicality and snidery to pay some serious dividends.

At the end of the day, they're at home, we never win there and their XI is better, so they should win, on paper. If they do it'll be a real shame due to today's results and will put some pressure on the United game, but it won't be the end of the season.

Beatable these if we put a full innings in and pass the ball to our team mates accurately.
