It's not just about who the manager is it? It's recruitment and boardroom level. And allowing one manager to build something, there's no short cuts. West Ham were where we are two seasons ago. I would take mid to lower mid table next season.

There’s a certain amount of pride in not getting absolutely molested, as well as the fact that a win could have taken us one place higher with the extra cash that comes with that.
