The scoreline only hurts if you think these losers were capable of better. The squad is full of wasters and if our likeable novice manager thinks he can rely on more than a handful of them next season he will be a memory by November.

As far back as I remember we have worn blue shorts v Arsenal.

Hopefully this is a farewell game for a lot of these players that just aren't good enough at this level.

I was thinking the same in the first half. Meaningless result but a chance for fringe players to show they are worth keeping.

Seems not many have grasped that opportunity.
