Nice but we didn't play them.

Call me odd, but I'd prefer a win and no replay.

Of course, we all do, but its just being realistic, however if we do go to a reply it is likely that Arsenal will have nothing else to play fore?

Howard or Robles - we're up against it here today anyway. I'd have preferred Howard, but he's a liability at least once a game too.

Picking up on the GK choice would be ridiculous.

Agreed Dave.

Also, in 4 years' time when we've got a big game knockout match whether it be CL or Europa League, we'll be pointing out he foresight shown by Martinez in sticking to his principles of bringing on this young keeper and even playing him in the big games.

He's building for the future and this is an important part of that.

The Joel thing is making me nervous. We got an attacking lineup and good for us. However Arsenal will probably get a couple one v. ones. Shot stopping is Timmy's strength and timmy's weakness (corners) isn't really the way Arsenal scores.

Plus Timmy's outlet throws have started plenty of counters this year.

COYB!!

Joel is much better with the one vs ones than t-how is

Realistically, we have just as much a chance of winning this as drawing it or losing it.

I want the win. I always want the win. Your attitude reeks of Moyes era negativity. We are going in to this game to win and nothing else. Making all these plans of "oh if we draw 2-2 here and then win the replay at home in the second half of the match we'll be in the semi-final and then if we finish 6th we'll get Europa if City win the cup" is not the way forward.

With Arsenal getting moments of sustained pressure and us needing to counter at times, I'd much prefer Joels throwing to Tims kicking to set us on the break.

Both are dodgy kicking but Tim rarelys throws the ball out long, whereas Joel is very good at this.

COYB!!
