They are the best side weve seen at Goodison in a long time, even yesterday, ok they had a rare loss but it wasnt an off day for them, we simply raised our game and over came them. It was a great game
If they play like that all season they will win the league, likewise we will stay up

They could've easily gone behind once or twice as well though.

Save from a Saka shot that Coady cleared off the line - Pickford didn't really have an awful lot to do all game.
 

I like Arsenal and really don’t care if it’s them or City who win the league, both good teams playing entertaining football.

Can’t help but feel a little bit like it’s karma that Arteta threw away all his history with us the second he joined Arsenal and it seems to have been the worst Everton team in decades that’s started off their collapse when they looked well on their way to the title.

Thought they competed well and were the better team first half…. Second half city seemed to tweak things and had a lot more of the ball and they are relentless applying pressure on a deep sitting defence. Don’t think it was arsenal’s intention to sit deeper second half , I just think city stepped it up a gear and forced arsenal deep.
 
I know it doesn’t represent the common, every day Arsenal fan, but I hate the in your face Arsenal fans who seems to appear all over the internet and Television, like AFTV, and it’s associate Troopz, and the overall consensus that they’re “THE” team, despite not really being a contender for the title for 20 years.

So I can’t be bothered with them, they remind me of Kopites, so I’ll take City winning the lot, especially as it stops less teams laughing at us for our lack of success.
