Yeah, cos nobody saw Ronaldo moving to Madrid, complete shock that.

At the time, which was early on, no one knew about it.

But continue to write it off if you want, he is a friend of Mikel's, he's more likely to know about his situation than alot of other media sources.

So shut your mouth, fatboy.

Ok, if Arteta does indeed stay, this will be 1 thing hes got right, but if he moves, will you admit that hes clueless?

From an older thread:

Everton midfielder Mikel Arteta is not considering a move elsewhere, according to his agent.

The Spanish maestro has been with the Toffees since 2005 after initially moving on loan from Real Sociedad, and has become a crowd favourite on Merseyside.

With Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregaspossibly on his way to Barcelona, Arteta has been touted as a replacement at the Emirates.

Meanwhile, reports have also suggested that Manchester United have been monitoring the progress of the 28-year-old.

However, his agent Inaki Ibanez insists that he is settled at Everton, saying: "Newspapers always say many things. He has a wife and child and is happy in the city."

Arteta has two years remaining on his contract at Goodison Park and missed a large part of this season because of injury.

Situations can change in football, something in Mikel's life could happen that might change things, you never know.

Stop being disrespectful, Guillem's a good man. [Poor language removed] at footy like.

I just dont like Him mate and hes not a name I trust, I used to think he was great and in the know, but then I followed some of the "storys" he broke and to be honest 90% were complete bullcrap, even an idiot is right some of the time.

Anyway, Mikel should follow the example set by his true friend in Football, no, not Alonso!!!

Meanwhile, Cahill has said there was little doubt he wanted to stay at Goodison Park. The inspirational Australia midfielder has been one of the Premier League's most consistent performers since joining the club from Millwall in 2004.

Cahill told the club's website, www.evertonfc.com: "I don't chase big moves. That's the one thing I've done all my career, I've never invited clubs, I've never speculated.

"Everton know the way I work. It's a sign of respect. With the history we've got, the future we've got, I feel there's no bigger club. Obviously people will say I'm crazy because there's Man United and Arsenal and Champions League, but when you put it down in black and white, what I've achieved, what I'm going to achieve, it was the right decision to make."
