a) send him off for treatment now to ensure he gets fully fit again and survive in the meantime without him

or

b) get him through the rest of the season by hook or by crook, perhaps risking longer term damage (?), and let him have the op in the summer

It depends on how big the rip is Bruce, is it inguinal etc, I had hoped that the whisper was wrong but everything is pointing to it being correct.

I would like to see him used sparringly between now and the seasons end, we coped last night and if he was on the bench or got taken off when possible then lets muddle through to the seasons end and have it done then
