Arteta To Leave Thread?????

The typical Evertonian response to a player leaving:

'He wasn't all that good anyway, our system made him look good and without Moyes he's nothing but a foreign fancy dan with a few step overs to his name.'

Everton Football Club will suffer without him, no doubt about that. He's the one player that makes Everton tick. I really don't have a fcuking clue to who we could possibly sign to succesfully replace him.

Bilbao have got money mate, on top of them building a new stadium they are owned by the Ortesano family who are looking to compete.

That Bilbao thing come right from a sauce too.

i doubt they would make up about his sons eyesight problems, just whether he actually wants to leave or not. i can see stevie pee-laa going not our tater though.

Exactly, Why would we want him then?

ME?

Just cos some clueless tit doesnt rate him for the National team, doesnt mean hes not superb.

I actually think if Arteta leaves I would stop going the match, no point without my Mikel.

His Son will come first, I agree with Danny as soon as his sprog was born, the writing was all over the wall, hes a proud Basque, he will want to bring up his Son at Home.

I really hope this story is utter bull.............

Am going to miss him when/if he goes. He's a legend, the best player for us in a decade. Just hope that we can get a season or two with him and a healthy Fellani.

I don't think Moutinho is all he's hyped up to be but using the international stick to beat him with his a bit lightweight, you only have to look at Arteta who isn't in the Spanish squad and couldn't even get in ahead of Luis Garcia not so long ago. How about the likes of Cambiasso, Banega and Lucho Gonzalez who couldn't get into the Argentina squad?

Sorry if repeating but if this article has no basis in fact, then how low is it to bring up a players child in this manner? Gutter, gutter press!

If Arteta did go, whilst gutted, I'd be greatful for the service he has given the club & wish him well regardless.

Not the most reliable source i know,
a lad on another forum says he has emailed Ian Ross, who said no truth in rumour and club wont be
making any comment. As i said not 100% reliable from either but mayb a glimmer of hope... i dont no, but its worrying that 3 diff papers are running the same story, u just dont no wat to believ in the papers.
Wher is LCAB when u need him most

Loving the internet for getting the masses excited, its too easy.

The Mail didn't even put the name of who wrote the article, its likely absolute tosh.

Don't let some bored belter of a hack ruin your Sabbath, enjoy the sunshine lids.
