I'm taking your post seriously and assuming you know nothing about the 'soccer' setup.

as mentioned before we have a league (The Premier league) 20 teams who play each other home and away. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw.
final league placing based firstly on points total, secondly on goal difference.

the League cup and the FA Cup are knock out competitions were a draw is made and teams paired together for a match. The team coming out of the 'hat' first having home advantage, with the winner advancing to the next round where another draw is made for the surviving teams

The FA Cup is by far the older and more prestigious of the two (started in 1872) and is open to professional and amateur teams.

The league Cup, which bears the name of its sponsor (Capital One is the current sponsor, thus the Capital One Cup) was started in 1961 and is only open to members of the league set up, ie. professional teams. the only difference is that at the semi-final stage, the ties are 'two legged' affairs where the teams play home and away with the aggregate scoreline deciding the winner.

The final in both competitions is a one off match at Wembley stadium

The Europa League is the secondary European competition. Like the Champions' League (the primary competiton), the first phase is a group stage where mini leagues see groups of four teams play each other home and away. the top two teams qualify for the next phase (similar to the World Cup). Teams finshing third in their group in the champions' league drop into the next phase of the Europa League. From this point of the competition, teams are drawn to face each other as in the domestic cup competitions. However all ties are played over two legs (home and away) up to and including the semi-finals.
The final is a one off match at a neutral* stadium.

*For both the Champions' League and the Europa League, one of Europe's premier stadiums is chosen during the previous season to host each final.
This may lead to a team reaching the final and playing in their own country or even in their own stadium.

Hope that helps.
