Leighton Baines definitely superior technically but reducing Kyle Walker to just being ‘really fast’ is silly, he’s been one of the best full backs about for years now
I prefer Baines but I can see the argument for 9 of that top 10 if it's someone else picking it.
There's only Richards on there who is a ridiculous pick but like you say that's probably a bit of epic bantz from the lads in the studio.

Baines was a quiet professional so he has been forgotten by them meffs. A lot of them choices have been picked based on their off the field antics. We know Baines was world class who choose his boyhood club over glory and if there was any justice he would be heralded for his glory.
Alls that matters is our opinion. Things like fan channels are taking over pundits and as soon as Amazon or another streamer gets a PL contract then its game over for gimps like Murphy, Savage, Souness etc as well as the Sky and BBC bias. I am sure there was mass survey done recently and less than 20% of the people watched the prematch or post match analysis.
Alls that matters is our opinion. It was well known that Baines was right up there with Cole at the time, but now just forgotten and doesn't even make it on the list whilst the other is in first place.. 
It's why I feel sorry for our decent players they effectively get erased from history. Had they played for the fashionable clubs then they would have got the praise they deserved.

I can't say for absolutely sure but Baines just seems like a person that doesn't demand praise or care for it, as long as he is respected by the Everton, and Wigan, fans then he will see it as a job well done.
We know where Baines ranks among the full backs of his and other generations and that is all that matters, no 'poll' will ever deny that.

Baines not being on the list is fine. Great player but ultimately won nothing and did nothing at the top level due to being a career guy at Everton. Being underrated is a consequence of that.
