In terms of finance there is no real loss because he's already been paid for. The only loss as far as the club's accounts are concerned will be his wages. Which will be off set by him going out on loan.

Finances are mad but that's how the club will be viewing it.

You know 30+ defender when signed needs to be transferred out couple years later for a profit. Always works on FM until Walsh turned up that is.
