In terms of finance there is no real loss because he's already been paid for. The only loss as far as the club's accounts are concerned will be his wages. Which will be off set by him going out on loan.

Finances are mad but that's how the club will be viewing it.

It’s not a loss his book price is far lower and he has fulfilled two years of his contract his value to Everton is significantly less then 11 mill, given his wage we would be cost neutral or making a profit likely on his wage.
