If he does end up staying you got to hope that he responds well to the coaching of Silva. Believe it or not there is a player in there but he is more suited to a system that plays 3 at the back and one that doesn't only have 20% of the possession.

Last season is difficult to pick out individuals as collectively they were all shhh. I will add that another year will not have made him quicker though, so I don't expect him to work miracles, just hopefully be a lot better than what he was last year and on par or slightly above Jags, RFM (if he stayed) and for the moment Holgate.

I may be weird and little, but I’m certainly not a...whatever the third thing was.

At least his stint in hospital kept him away from the pies and booze the fella actually looks in decent nick. Can see a few clubs panicking near the window ending looking bout him.

80k a week ffs that's over 4 million a year! trying to forget that and say I thought he looked a lot fitter, no beer belly, still did [Poor language removed] all though except hoof the ball away once or twice.
 
I'm not going to have a go at his size, weight or physique my friends as the only point that needs making is that he simply isn't good enough.
We can't spend 80K per week on any player who just can't cut it in the Premier League.
(How's that for punctuation and capital letters?)
