We've signed a 32 year old jarg Phil Jagielka for nearly a third of what we received for John Stones.
A Jargielka if you will.
Ooooo, that's good
I enjoyed that, like a nice bit of Brie

aka Brenda and El FraudoIt's football for the working man
Not enough boss tekkers for the psudeo intellectuals
Jagielka wont be misses at all. He's a nothing player. No aerial ability, no real passing ability. He got a good block in now and then and that's about it.
A tremendous bit of business today by Everton.
To get Williams and £30m profit after selling one of the biggest frauds ever is just superb.

To then go and waste £18m of it on Kone's even more jarg cousin
IT ALL STINKS
No lad. Painfully obvious they're substandard and thankfully Ron seems to have spotted itWe have decent midfielders
They just need to find their form again

I'd say Barry was a player with grit...but outside him, you're right.Laughable, in his prime he was one of the best in the prem and was rightly an England international at two major tournaments. He saved us many times, off the top of my head in Moyes' last Anfield Derby and in the only Anfield Derby Martinez didn't have us nationally embarrassed in (not his goal, his defending was brilliant that day).
Jagielka wouldn't have had to shoulder the captaincy if Martinez had brought in any players with a shred of character whatsoever. Instead we went from a team of captains Neville Cahill Carsley Jagielka Arteta Distin even Naismith or Jelavic to one that could barely find someone to take the armband.
If there's a leadership vacuum at Everton, blame no one but Martinez. Besic was the only player with any grit that he bought in.
