Did say a few weeks back, dont be surprised if Young got a new deal, people cant really moan if coleman gets one, then Young would deserve one based on that logic with playing so much more. I myself would have let coleman and young go. as i said before, we have to stop offering these types of players new 1 year deals till they are about 70

Don’t love Godfrey but he’s the last bit of pace remaining in the squad. I’d keep him.

….i was talking about us being weaker next season. We might be able to find somebody better than Gomes but that won’t be the case with the likes of Branthwaite.

No we won’t find anyone better than him, but we will definitely replace him. And improving in other areas of the pitch will hopefully offset the drop off in quality from Branthwaite at CB.

Villa thought he was finished last year and got rid and finished top 4.

I get they’re in a completely different position to us off the field but the difference in the direction our clubs are going is depressing.
