Am absolutely not trivialising Michael Jones death but I was so disappointed in the lads today.

Tributes to the man and his family are one thing but show him and his family you actually care by representing the thing he loves with pride and distinction eh.

Where was the passion? I can't understand how them lads can go out today without Michael at the forefront of their mind.

I was at West Ham Chelsea today. Moyes is doing a wonderful job there, they are everything we could have been. Hard working and with plenty of flair in the side and a very very good bench, nearly all of whom go straight into our starting side.

Ings did not even get off the bench today and I dare say Thelwell would crawl over broken glass to get him. Ware 3-5 years off catching up with the teams listed above - if at all.

We don't have anyone vocal enough outfield to galvanise things, kick arse and sort the box out defensively. I like Tarkowski...but even he doesn't .

A lot of our goals against involve a Fred Carno's type panic defensively clustered, rooted to the spot as though the magic boomerangs been thrown...players unmarked and the goal impending. Annoyingly, our players - especially the ones more at fault - merely give it the shoulder shrug, the oh no face and the pointing ...at nothing in particular. Doesn't seem to be anyone to correct this...the last vestiges of one being Coady who at least showed the bottle and spirit to attempt to do it.
