Villa can't defend from wide areas whatsoever, there is a result there for us if we want it imo.
How confident are you that we have players on the wings today that can exploit this weakness, though? If McNeil or Danjuma were fit then it would be different but I don't hold out much hope here

I'd definitely be happy with a draw. My concern is that we won't face many poorer teams than Fulham last week and we still didn't make it count. Both us and Villa probably had anomaly performances last week.
I think we’ve played as well as last week quite a bit under Dyche and I like the way he sets up to counter aggressively away from home
I can see reasons to not be too doom and gloom about this one if Dom is back but I’d definitely take a point at this stage after the disappointment of last week

After recently hammering Brighton and starting off the season with a display that every football pundit in the country says should have won the game I do not have any fear for us here. I reckon all of a sudden we'll click. We are a big aggressive and quick team who can now get from box to box without the Pickford hoof. Dyche has now got options up front to get the final piece of the jigsaw fitted. COYB.

Think we will get a run round today but thankfully Wolves were hopeless yesterday which means the next two games are both winnable.

Need to see what the team is obviously, but Danjuma should be fit surely? we have to start picking up points in away fixtures, it's purely a mental thing and it needs to be overcome, you have to pick up points both home and away at this level of the game.

The diversity is great...what a wonderful bunch we are.

Less than 12 months ago, Villa were in a bottom of the table scrap with us. A shrewd managerial appointment and some astute signings meant they qualified for Europe and are looking to kick on again this season.
I’ve just been drained of optimism over the last 2 seasons. I’d like to think we could put in a brave and confident performance, coming away with 3 points. I just struggle to see it after watching us just roll over time and time again and look like a team who has no idea how to compete.
