Gray, Gordon and McNeil all really poor, none of them can keep possession and build up some play between them.

There is absolutely no cohesion up front. Gordon's not a CF and should be pushed out wide. Mcneil is awful and Grays decision making is laughable. Iwobi the only one who's offering any hope.

Okay Frank, you implemented a little experiment but it hasn't worked. Get Rondon on. Also I'm starting to see why Gray never really lasts at some of his previous clubs. Always found wanting in key situations

McNeil was an odd signing like. Has never played in a front 3 and just isn’t a front 3 player. Replacing Richi for him is crazy.

I have not changed my opinion on him. He has 17 games to put things right. No assist no goal.
