Aston Villa's luck is getting on my nerves!

Player Valuation: £70m
The ball is passed to them to score, goalkeepers knock it in when there seems no danger, and now players trip over and head the ball into their own goal when Villa are down to ten men FFS! :@

And Anton Ferdinand, whose brother Rio was watching from the stands, glanced a header narrowly wide.

I find it strange that Rio was watching his brother, rather than the team pays his wages.

Well, he probably never sees his brother play, and, well, technically he sees his own team play all the time. I am sure it isn't anything shady.

Hopefully they get a CL spot, and I really mean that, because it displaces either arsenal or cesspool fc.

Cant see them drawing a villareal type, but would be interesting to see itv feign interest.

They are a long ball side with a bit of pace and lots and lots of luck. Thats all they are.
I [Poor language removed] hate that dirty **** Ashley Young, how he hasn't been sent off before this is beyond belief.

The luck is pissing me off...but what gets my goat is [Poor language removed] Martin O Neil and his post most reactions - magnificent he called their win today, not contencious or lucky, but magnificent and he's said that almost every win.

Its that smarmy media hugging spunk love that does my head in.

I agree. Obviously if Everton and Villa could displace the aforementioned teams, better still. But if we can't break in, hope they can.
Fact is they're having the same kind of luck we were having in 2004-05. It's only doing my head in because they're above us.
I've just said as much on an open thread on the guardian. It asks if they might be as serious a candidate for the title as Man Utd. Taking things a bit to far. All of the posts said pretty much the same as me. Squad depth blah blah. But they didn't mention Everton.
