I've come to the conclusion that either the players aren't carrying out his instructions or Koeman has absolutely no idea how to play against a back 3 (5). Third game in a row Chelsea, Spurs, and Atalanta that we just look clueless. Even weirder that he seems to like to play formation himself.\
