I've said it regularly over the years about Twitter ITKs, and the rule doesn't change for The Esk - don't post anything unless it's done.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the drama etc. as it builds excitement, but it's quite a simple rule to go by.

Witsel never felt to me like it was a signing that would be on. Mata does. That's my instinct, but who knows, Esk may be right - but I think he's stuck his neck out too early because negotiations can fail at the drop of a hat.

But normal people can take the information for what it is, someone's word of mouth. I enjoy getting the snippets but I understand that its not 100% accurate because things can change. If we were all interested in things only when they were official, we would wait for the OS to announce signings.

That's why I'm saying don't say anything definitive if you are in the know until it's actually happened and you get the info first, like that DAVIDMOYES fella used to do by and large, or LCAB before he quite obviously lost his ITK contact and began lying to keep attention on himself.

First of all, Watched Toffee isn't ITK. He blags to maintain attention, like 99.9% of Twitter users.

Second, yes, that's fine - but don't say it's done. Even in that tweet, Watched Toffee says it's done, and posted that minutes after Esk btw.

If this circumstance is the reality then again this naive BK typed gentleman agreement causes us? If we mean business we got to set a deadline for him （to decide） rather than letting him use us to get a better deal from Napoli.
