The Italian press is recycling one nothing story for the past 36 hours. If Inter can't afford his fee will Zenit just said, okay I will let you have Witsel the fee doesn't matter (probably 6/7 million pounds less than our offer). If Witsel can sign for Napoli and Inter, he would have signed for them by now. Their press are just bunch of liar trying to make up news...it seems...

If he's leaving us hanging after everything is agreed then walk away now.

I really want him here like but if this is the case then walk.

Mad all this isn't it.

I still reckon Witsel has just gone back to training as per normal and will get told in about 3 days that he can leave and Everton have shown some interest.

Call me mad, but I just have a feeling that loads on here are making it out to be some mad battle of his heart and his mind, should I, shouldn't I, what about this what about that tearing his hair out trying to decide where to go.

His agent will phone him once a week and see how he's getting on and probably drop a bit of work in to the conversation.

Everton felt confident of landing Witsel earlier in the summer but negotiations have proved complicated with the Zenit St Petersburg midfielder.

And the player’s contractual demands are proving a sticking point in a deal to bring him to Goodison.

No way Inter and Napoli can offer more than we do...now Echo is saying we are walking away.
