Back on the fags - how to quit?

After 6 months of quitting - despite how pony the footy was I managed to stop - back on the puffs.

To our Yankee friends this might be alarming during pride month but I’m chatting about the golden Virginia.

The sun has got me back on them, had a couple last week and Jesus lad do they feel good. Always say, best place is town in the sun, beer garden and chain smoking.

Horrible habit - those heathens that seen the light share your quitting habits. How did you stop these glorious cancer sticks?

Turner 30 in feb, smoked for 10 years, need to find a way to nail the habit for good. Esp when on the sauce
Honestly, don't bother trying. The way you're waxing lyrical tells me that you don't actually want to quit. If that's the case, you'll fail. Knowing that you should stop isn't enough. You have to want to.

I stopped 14 years after a mate died, just before getting married. I had a reason. Before that I'd failed loads of times.

Had my meeting with the No Smoking Clinic last Friday. I didn't pack in then cos obvs it was my birthday weekend. Packed in yesterday and up till now no probs. Bit bad tempered but they will have to get used to that. 67 and been smoking for about 55 years from a young lad. Can't lie it ain't easy . Just keep thinking about my grandkids
