Moyes has no record of getting teams promoted, Dyche can do it he's proven he can with the team that he gets relegated. So if the plan was to get out of the championship they'd have stuck with Dyche.

He managed Preston into the old Division One as league winners; also came close to taking them into the Prem before he came to us.

I wouldn't be shocked if he did come back in some capacity (though I don't know as what) as he lives locally and is good but Everton has nothing to do with his departure.

Argyle sacked him after 2 horrendous managerial appointments on his recommendation, Foster and Rooney .

Add in some absolutely terrible signings and the owner lost all confidence in Dewsnip.

I'd be astonished if he got a decent job at anything above L1 level.

Agree, he has made a pigs ear of things at Plymouth, also we have spent years calling for the end for the 'jobs for boys' thing that has plagued the club so I don't get why people want it back now all of a sudden, let's at least try and look forward a little bit.
