….i found this very interesting, posted by @summerisle in the Youth Team thread but maybe more appropriate in here given his very close connection to Everton (and probably Moyes). Almost certainly coincidence but you never know;

Coincidence for sure.

I wouldn't be shocked if he did come back in some capacity (though I don't know as what) as he lives locally and is good but Everton has nothing to do with his departure.

….i’d hope somebody is on the phone to him or inviting him to FF to ask his opinion on talented footballers in the Championship and lower leagues.

Argyle sacked him after 2 horrendous managerial appointments on his recommendation, Foster and Rooney .

Add in some absolutely terrible signings and the owner lost all confidence in Dewsnip.

I'd be astonished if he got a decent job at anything above L1 level.

I desperately hope not. He hasn't got a Scooby
Agree, he has made a pigs ear of things at Plymouth, also we have spent years calling for the end for the 'jobs for boys' thing that has plagued the club so I don't get why people want it back now all of a sudden, let's at least try and look forward a little bit.

You can't be sane if you appoint Rooney as a main first team manager.
