Now now mate, there’s no need to be upset with davey, just because he’s getting us as far away from the Dyche model of football management as possible.

I know it may seem a tad ungrateful, what with all the success Sean delivered whilst he was custodian of wiping snot onto his bonce here at Everton.

Read about this on twitter this morning with all the little happy clappers wetting the bed thinking Weir is coming here to replace Thelwell. I genuinely don't think hiring staff from Brighton is a good idea imo as the owner is so heavily involved in various aspects of how the club is run with his various analytical companies influencing huge areas of how the club is run. They are completely separate institutions from Brighton and any club can employ them themselves (A few do) but its another expense and we can't exactly hire Tony Bloom can we. I reckon the two were probably just having a chat/catch up myself.

Agreed but your counter of "but the fat lad that's achieved nothing in coaching or managing in the game is absolutely a smart decision to bring into Goodison" is equally flawed
