It's absolutely nothing like that though is it? Nike were ok but badly failed some parts of our fanbase. They also gave us generic kits. So unless Scarlett Johansson is badly frigid and crap at head then your analogy doesn't quite work.

Nike didn't give us generic kits

Nike gave us unique kits no other team in the league had and boss gear like the hoodies and polos, something Le Coq and Umbro never gave us

Nike didn't make kits in certain sizes because the club didn't ask for them due to the low take up, everyone knows this. It's the same with badge fiasco, people blamed Nike for that when it had nothing to with them

If that's the real one then it's awful. It's taken some of the worst design aspects of recent times and just combined it into one massive slab of bleurgh. How hard is it to design a nice looking kit these days...

pretty sure kit manufacturers make several test kits and show them to certain peeps, this might just be one of them, or the real deal.

cant make my mind just yet. it is kinda minimalistic by its style, clean if i may. crest is boss.
