Depends on how awful the attack and midfield is. If the opponents have the ball all the time it's hard to become MVP in a team unless you're the goalie or defender.

Like I said in a recent post watched a ton of Wigan's games last year on the telly FSC loved them. Baines was always making excellent deceisons with the ball and off the ball. He will be a great player for us. I for one am glad hes at the club.

Baines won't play against Wigan so Valente will get the nod there. I think, as a few others have stated as well, that we have an agreement with Wigan not to play Baines against them in this match since the transfer came so close to the game.

Valente for sure to start this weekend because of Baines injury. I still think Baines will be first choice with a mix of Valente off and on and perhaps Valente at the back or left mid when we play in Europe.
