Absolutely bizarre seeing buildings swaying like that. Makes me glad the UK is so boring and has no extreme weather events or natural disasters.

Told the missus im reclaiming my life back as soon as the youngest is 18. Only 4 years to go.

When we took ours to Europe for 6 weeks last year the boozing and stuff was replaced by things like full days at paultons park and afternoons around London in a peppa pig bus

Yeah, the Epicentre was almost 1000km from Bangkok too in Myanmar!

When you live in these places it becomes the norm.Not to that extent though.They can usually see them coming.Santorini a few weeks ago was evacuated with 8000 of the 10,000 population flying to Athens.So I don't understand how people studying seismic activity did not forsee this.
