Banners etc

Banners are pointless, our idiot owners broke the rules, now we pay the consequences.

Be arsed with all this cryarsing, self pity and victim playing… especially given all the grief we give the neighbours for being like that.

Man up, put your big boy pants on and get on with things as normal.

No mate. Feel free to sit over there with your big boy pants on being dead grown up and mature and let everyone else get on with it.

Honestly the money has been there some time now. Let's see if the starters of this fundraiser are thieving gets or will provide the many banners on Sunday that 30-odd grand gets you.

Normally I'd agree with this, but its quite obvious the game has changed, and not cryarsing about everything puts you at a disadvantage. Its quite sad really

Pleased your view is the minority one, to be honest.

Taking our outsize punishment like good little Example FC is exactly what they are hoping we do.

This is the same type of reasoning that those have who run the club, manning up and getting on with it happens far too much at our club,it’s not playing the victim when we’re not linking every bad bit of media and news to the unfair and unjust thing that’s happened to us, we have genuine reason to feel aggrieved and angry at what has gone on.it’s not kopite behavior as long as we stick to our own narrative and take a stand.

Everybody that bothers to pay up to the go fund me page, like myself knew what it was for, if others think it's a bad idea just don't give it's as simple as that.
People going on about how much it's got to and what it's going to be spent on seem to have little trust in there fellow blues.
Hope it goes well , it was money I could afford and a way of venting my frustration and anger at the decision .
Do what you like with it as long as it's spent with the right sentiments of how wrong this punishment is.
Ps like the idea of calling for support for the government to oversee the league it's what they fear most, and I could see it getting traction , mps referencing it ect.

Nope

No other team in the league would sit back and accept such an excessive punishment. When things aren't normal you can't get on with things like normal.

Do we actually have a solid idea of what the money will be used for?

Banners are one thing but with £30,000 to play with, it seems a co-ordinated use of the money is needed in a way that could create a greater impact.

Could you use that money to pay for a giant billboard to sit on a canal boat right outside the PL headquarters next to Paddington station for example?

Could we find out where this PL meeting is on Tuesday and do something outside (if it’s done in person) to show we won’t take this lying down.

I am just wary that a few banners at our ground which I bet Sky won’t even show on Sunday will not have much impact besides allowing us to vent our anger and possibly create a hostile atmosphere to help us on the pitch.

Well to cancel and change your bank account is a major inconvenience and if you want to save an absolute fortune by not paying for skysports I would imagine a person would have done it before a points deduction. As if those institutions give a toss of losing a few Everton supporting customers

There are websites/companies that will do it all for you now and some banks used to give you money to do so.
