I have no qualifications that relate to premier league football, apologies if you've out qualified me here with your PhD in Barclays. Okay you've got me I admit it, man I'm embarrassed. I stand corrected due to my lack of qualification in this field and entirely reverse my statement, it was actually a brilliant, impressive thing to do and not at all a complete waste of time and money and possibly fraudulent use of donations.

The banner above the Etihad got a mention on the main Catalan news website 3/24 in their report on the RS match. The article specifically mentions the fact that the banner was not shown to live tv viewers. It goes on to wonder why City and Chelsea have avoided punishment.

Did we really need to add profanity in our chant? Surely "Premier League, Corrupt! Corrupt!" Keeps the same cadence, sends the exact same message, but is 1) family friendly and so 2) can be mentioned word for word by commentary, analysis, etc.?

Seems like a missed opportunity.
