HB has been given countless amount of chances. The lad has personally insulted Dylan and his family in the past. He shouldn't have been allowed back on since then.
Oh, and he is also banned from every other Everton forum.

With respect Danny, I think that one over HB is easily batted away. It's a no brainer HB is a nuisance. The real meat of Steevie's complaint is over multiple usernames and the possible winding up/hounding of other posters through that. Still pretty much unaddressed.

Seriously, if the rules say you cant contribute to the forum by misrepresenting yourself or deceiving others, that suggests to me there's an action that can be taken to tackle it. If not, why have the rule?

We can ban Ips, (which can sometimes inadvertently ban other people) But there are ways around that.

As I said, there are ways to can prevent it. But if we ban you now, and you flew to Australia, went into a random library and accessed the site under a new name. Unfortunately, there isn't a great deal we can do about that.
And
Aren't really about usernames. As said countless times, we prefer personal information kept private.

By or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person - think registering and pretending to be another member or someone widely known, so say, an ex-Everton player. So without giving ideas, someone who doesn't like HB registering with "I AM HALEWOOD BLUE" and leaving a abusive post directed at everyone...

To me Steevie was saying how he thought it was harsh that HB got banned (although i disagree with him) yet other users can get away with making up fake accounts to wind up other members and nothing gets done. Basically a double standard.
Presume it was all about Chico and his Keith Shabs account, and didn't he also make up some pms he allegedly recieved from Steevie?

Honestly, didn't see this one coming and also think it was completely unnecesary. I'm convinced the mods had their reasons to ban HB. Personally think it's a shame, but they are the ones who have all the information.
Also, don't have a problem with the so called GOT clique. In fact, I enjoy the teaming up of them, as it's always in good nature. Chico, MG and Reidy are normally the ones who keep this forum lively.

Apart from Cal & HB, Chico and Reidy have probably received more infractions than anyone. Chico got one yesterday and Reidy got a serious sulk on one time because he got one

I think the point is, though, that it's done flagrantly rather than surreptitiously. And some see that as driving a coach and horses through the good name you are obviously trying to build up for the forum. Anyway.
That pint: I'm in Scotland on a work related matter for most of April. Next home game I'll be back down here for is the Spurs match. Maybe before that game?
