But still, this is hilarious. Newcastle are, as much as I hate them, a PL team. But their squad is just quite poor. To be put to the sword by Joey Barton and Andy Carroll, when you finished 6th in the PL the seasons before, is beyond humiliating.

Villa were there for the taking anyway. Next week in front of their own fans they will have a point to prove. Newcastle played well today but Villa were all over the place defensively and Mcdonald admitted he was a little naive in his team selection. You can bet your bottom dollar next week they will be up for it, i think Agbonlahor may be back for them too.
