Beer, revisited

Remember drinking this ice-cold on holiday in Greece a few years back and thought it was rather nice and refreshing.

So I decided to bring a few back to have in the garden. Bloody hell... tasted like dirty dish water! Just goes to show how the situation can help.

I had one of those in my Christmas advent calendar. Shamefully for me, I opened it after a long session so didn't truly appreciate it.

Had a simple pint of Timothy Taylor's Landlord this afternoon in the Globe town - nothing flash but consistently a good pint.

Taylor's Bolt Maker is excellent when well kept too.

The problem with Taylor's ales is that a lot of places don't look after it and it can be a bit meh. I don't know if it's hard to look after, but it seems to be quite a common thing ?.

Well kept and it's up there though.

* I wouldn't touch it in the Cracke

It's the same with retsina, tastes like ambrosia when swigged on Mykonos.

When drunk in Walton, tastes like pine toilet cleaner.

Please continue to post pics of what you're drinking and what the Abv is please.

I expect they'll get stronger as the night goes on lol
