Nelson was saying someone called him a lucky man and it was racist on a mack the knife interwiew .
Not sure how johnny nelson got to the top of boxing punditry in this country, unbelievably boring fighter, wrong with nearly every prediction he makes. It all seemed like good fun, davies got wound up, had there been any racist remarks he would be shouting the odds straight away

Its on youtube catch it mate wasnt really about Davies it was about Haye saying the crowd were racist, the interviewer said he hadnt heard anything and nelson said that .
He was one of the most boring fighter i have ever seen.

a 'lucky lucky' man comment is borderline i guess, but it was more about the daft sunglasses, the term retard is far more offensive these days, at a guess i'd say the racist shouts are to cover his tracks after using that comment, all the press there and only a dafty like nelson heard anything 'racist'. Shame as the presser looked like mainly good fun and a wind up, shane mcguigan got pelters but laughed and gave it back in good nature, only precious guys like davies and haye lost it, sadly they will both have the last laugh

I'm confused

Boxing fans say bellow got no chance
The betting odds agree

What why did this match get sanctioned if this is a one sided fight and if bellow get badly injured

Heavy weight boxing is never that black and white, as due to the power of these guys the underdog always has a 'punchers chance', as one blow can end a contest.

Bellew is a World Champion, albeit it at a lesser weight, so he's no mug, and despite Haye being a heavy favourite the outcome isn't assured, hence the reason millions will be watching it tomorrow night.

I've seen Haye show up looking awful in some fights, so that's Bellews best shot - that, and the hope Haye is well past his best and ring rusty after fighting nobodies lately.

If I were Bellew, I'd be defending for six rounds, hope not to get caught and then step up and look to see whether he's not the same fighter in the second half. Because I can only see a win for Bellew late on by stoppage, and even that is a long shot.

Bellew is leading haye to believe he is going to do him in the later rounds, but I actually think he will come out swinging

If he does that, he'll need a tremendous amount of luck and/or a good chin. Last thing that goes on a heavyweight is power, so even if David Haye is shot, he'll still hit harder than Bellew if it's a slug out.

Bellew is more battle tested in the last few years; I'd use that to my advantage if possible myself and drag it out and see if Haye gasses.

I just think hurting Haye early will make him think about swinging Haymakers, because at the minute he doesn't believe Bellew can, yes he will need luck but giving him a wobble may just make him think a bit more before swinging them bombs..
