Wikipedia says he’s 64 now. Not many still managing at that age. I’m guessing he could still get jobs in Saudi or similar if he really wanted them based off his old reputation if he was willing to put up with the hassle and agro that went with it. I’m guessing though that even he would try to run a mile from that. So probable retirement it is. At best acting as a mentor to some young manager is the best he could hope for.

There`s no way he`s mentoring anyone mate, he`s just too arrogant and always wants complete control of everything, hence why he`s unemployed ( again ).
He`s better off running his sports tech business from the company HQ - his shed.
I get that, but even the most deluded eventually grasp reality after multiple rejections and reduce their expectations. If he wants a job in a major league that’s the best he can hope for. Unless he’s willing to take on the equivalent of a Sheffield United far adrift at the bottom of the table with no hope and no budget. But that means his reputation for failure and relegation grows further and jobs become even more scarce as a result

He hates him from when managed the RS, as Benitez got the RS to blackball him.
He only confirmed what we all knew at the time, that Moshiri gave him a free reign to do pretty much what he wanted here and he thought he was bullet proof as a result.

Some teams win trophies and fans get to tell their kids and grandkids about amazing days out and finals and league wins. We'll be able to tell our grandkids about the time we hired some of the worst managers in our lifetime in Benitez, Allardyce and Dyche and played some of the crappest anti football that you'd barely believe was possible.
I'm telling ya now, our next manager is gonna be an all singing, all tap dancing, golden globe winning harlem globe trotter, international superstar, pulitzer prize winner, presidential candidate, political juggernaut, loving family man/woman, tactical genius with the strength of Thor and the grace and majesticness of James Rodriguez and be the greatest manager of all time.
