Hahahahahaha I'll give you that one, some extreme effort has gone into that. 2015 ffs.

There is some truth in what you say, but to replace Bernard with Iwobi at Watford contradicts quite a lot of it. in my opinion.

How?

Not really a fan of Iwobi, but he does have pace and power and perhaps a more direct route about him, where as Bernard is more skillfull. Bernard doesn't have that power.

Had we expected a game where we would have 60% possession in good field positions, Bernard should be in. He has the intelligence, finds space, quick feet and thinking. We clearly set up at Watford to counter attack with raw pace and power. Which was what saw the winner, so I can completely understand not having Bernard from the start.

Even if i love the guy, some games require different things - which for me is the reason why there is no such tihng as a club having a 'strongest 11'.

I’ve never ever seen any power from Iwobi, he wasn’t on the pitch when we scored the winner at Watford, taken off after a very inaffective performance, unless he ups his game and really shows some power and willingness to win the ball I think Ancelotti will have to have a strong word with him and see if there is any fight in him. I honestly haven’t seen any sign of it up to now.

He offers forward passing. It's an isolated skill without much else involved but I'd like to think he could at least be serviceable under Carlo. It's also something that we so severely lack right now in the rest of the team.
Yes that pass he made against Spurs was brilliant, created the goal for them, unfortunately he made it going backwards towards his own goal

Tons of players have done the same thing. Lukaku, Distin, Delph. I'm sure there are more because it happens. As long as it isn't a weekly thing, it wouldn't be something I criticize players for.

Will he be in the staring 11 tomorrow? Interesting to see if Carlo sticks with team that beat Watford (minus Delph), given that Palace will probably set up to sit deep.

It's a big checkpoint for our attack under Carlo. Newcastle and Burnley both sit deep but are far worse at stopping teams from getting shots than Palace are. How he goes about this and whether it works will be a sign of how well this season can finish.
