The Gylfi thing is beyond comprehension.
I pray we use these last games as a trial period when we are out of the European race. It should give us a chance to try out a bunch of players, formations, combinations and so on in live game settings. It could be invaluable for building toward next season.

Also interesting to see Iwobi getting very limited game time...it may be that hes just being eased in after his injury...but it doesnt seem that others are eased in e.g Walcott.

Sure enough he has never lifted a leg when the pressure is on, the crowd are against, the home team is getting stuck in and attacking. Its one of the clear reasons why Brands doesnt know what he is doing. Investing massive wages in a player quite clearly not up to the demands of this unforgiving league.

Lookman and Bernard can both be average at best footballers at the same time. It really doesn't change the fact that Lookman should have gotten a few games at the end of last year just like Gordon probably should this time around. They might be the future. Bernard isn't.
