Bernard is simply not built for the Premierleague. He would be magical in La Liga or Serie A, but our game is too physical and powerful for him.
At a push you could say David Silva (who is a freak with his technique), but can anyone name a player with this physique who has prospered in the premierleague?

Juninho I suppose. Then you have the likes of Fraser at Bournemouth and even Aaron Lennon at a push but they are more powerfully built.

The likes of Zola, Modric etc were a big taller but of a similar frame.

I don't put it down to his size, I just don't think he is that good. Very gifted player but there is probably a reason he was playing in Ukraine until he was 26 and we were the only ones to come in for him.

need to sell him now with Gordon overtaking him. The fact we got him on a free means any decent fee near 10 mill we should take. For me we need 2 new players on the wing if possible with Gordon and Iwobi as back up. Or sign a better striker than Kean and play Richarlison more on the wing, then we need only one
